WHISPER PICTUREhide an encrypted file inside an ordinary photo

Buries an encrypted payload in the bottom bit of a photo's pixels — the image looks identical. AES-256 under your password; the picture is just the envelope. Add a decoy and one password opens the real secret while another opens a harmless one — so a demand to "show what's in there" can be satisfied without giving up anything. VAULT is invisible and roomy but dies if the image is re-saved as JPEG. ARMORED holds less and adds a faint texture, but survives resizing and JPEG re-saves — it rides through most re-compression and moderate downscaling. BEACON stamps a short public message across the whole photo so it survives cropping, screenshots and re-posting — anyone who sees the picture can read it. All local.
